At Cuddle Cloud, we proudly offer free worldwide shipping via UPS or other trusted courier services for orders over $50 USD.
If your order total is under $50, a flat rate of $10.99 will be charged for shipping.
Processing Time
All products are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. We always do our best to ship your order as soon as possible while ensuring quality and care.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 15–25 business days
- Express Shipping: 7–16 business days
- Delivery time depends on your country or region.
Please note that holidays, customs clearance, natural disasters, or public health events may impact delivery times.

Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items
- If your order includes pre-ordered or out-of-stock items:
- All in-stock items will ship immediately. Remaining items will ship as soon as available
- If you only receive part of your order, rest assured—the rest is on its way.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships:
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number. Please allow 3–6 business days for tracking info to update
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
