Can I choose which toys will be included in my box?

Each CuddleCloud box is a surprise! All toys are thoughtfully curated and matched by our team. While you can select your pet’s size, the specific toys are randomly picked from our trusted partners, ensuring every box feels special.

Are the toys safe for my pet?

Yes! We only source toys from reputable brands and test them for safety and durability. Always supervise your pet during play, and remove any toys that become damaged.

Will my box include a hidden or limited-edition toy?

Each box includes one “Hidden Toy” – a seasonal or limited-edition surprise, handpicked just for your pet or you!

Can I subscribe for regular deliveries?

Can I return or exchange my box if my pet doesn’t like the toys?

Because each box is a curated surprise, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless items are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you have a problem, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right!

No. Our boxes contain only safe, quality pet toys and a themed keepsake card. There are no treats, food, or consumables included at the moment
